AiDU.TV

A season of streamed live-performance shows.

WHO

We created the AiDU studio alongside the team behind Shambala Festival, with the aim of bringing back some live music during the COVID pandemic.

WHAT

We were excited to plan & build a live streaming studio when first approached to do so by Kambe events. Using the amazing Jam Jar venue in Bristol, within a couple of weeks we had a fully-functioning live streaming studio.

Utilising Black Magic equipment to build our studio, and with the Jam Jar guys on hand for decor and sound, we were soon inviting some of Bristol’s finest musicians in to try and fill a gap left in the live music scene.

Each show features live music performances and poetry & spoken word, hosted by Polly Barsby & Lal Muttock, and would be distributing all audience donations between the artists & crew.

Over the first 8 episodes, we’ve had jaw-dropping experimental percussion from ICHI, spine-tingling performances from Solomon OB and incredible roots reggae from Talisman. You can catch up on all previous episodes over on AiDU.tv
