This visualisation package was created for Milton Keynes developers Trio Square.

WHAT

After receiving all architect’s drawings, we shot aerial footage of the development before any building work had begun. Once we had modelled all interior and exterior elements we were able to animate the self-building development in to the space.

This allows potential investors to see the final product and also assists in demonstrating how well the finished units will sit in their surroundings.

We were also able to provide the developers with a library of renders for use in all print & digital marketing material.
