A 360° interactive CGI tour of Benoit’s latest Florida development, Banyan.

For this 3D visualisation we utilised Unreal Engine’s power to provide realtime rendering, which ensured we could deliver numerous variations of the property in a short space of time. This allowed us to cut our turnaround time by 2/3, and also allowed us to provide the client and their investors with an interactive video, in which each room could be explored as the camera passes through.
