A CGI realisation of Renaker‘s latest development, Contour.

Working with Shoot Business once again, we utilised Unreal Engine & C4D to construct our 3rd virtual tour for Renaker’s ever-growing city-centre developments.

With a rather vast development to build, we set to work by nestling the huge footprint of New Jackson into a 3D replica of Manchester. Once all models are dressed and textures, we are able to bring the area to life with vehicles, people & even a couple of pups to populate the new Urban Tails dog salon!

AXYZ tools were instrumental in bringing the New Jackson world to life, providing high-quality, animated actors for each scene, whilst Unreal’s render speeds allowed us to create multiple iterations as we worked closely with the designer’s and architect’s evolving plans.
